Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the TopFams.com website and participating in any FAM trip organized or promoted by TopFams (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
FAM Trip Participation
Eligibility
Participation in TopFams FAM trips is limited to qualified travel industry professionals. Applicants must hold valid industry credentials including, but not limited to:
- IATA (International Air Transport Association) accreditation number
- TRUE (Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration) code
- TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) number
- CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) membership number
TopFams reserves the right to verify all credentials and deny participation to any applicant who does not meet eligibility requirements.
Agent Selection
TopFams employs a selective qualification process for all FAM trip participants. Selection is based on factors including but not limited to: active selling status, relevant sales experience, agency affiliation, client base alignment with the destination, and credential verification. Meeting minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into any specific FAM trip. TopFams reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled trip departure date:
- 150 or more days before departure: 75% refund of trip cost
- 149 to 120 days before departure: 50% refund of trip cost
- 119 to 90 days before departure: 25% refund of trip cost
- Less than 90 days before departure: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Support@TopFams.com. The date of the written cancellation notice will be used to determine the applicable refund percentage. Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation request.
TopFams reserves the right to cancel or modify any FAM trip due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event TopFams cancels a trip, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative trip.
Documentation Requirements
Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including but not limited to:
- A valid passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity from the date of travel
- Any required travel visas for the destination country
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Any health-related documentation required by the destination country
TopFams is not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate or expired documentation. No refunds will be issued for missed trips due to documentation issues.
Liability
TopFams acts as an organizer and coordinator of FAM trips and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any company or person engaged in providing services included in the trip itinerary.
TopFams is not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, or other service providers
- Injuries, illness, or death during FAM trips
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays, cancellations, or changes made by transportation providers
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or acts of terrorism
By registering for a FAM trip, participants agree to assume all risks associated with travel and release TopFams from any claims arising from participation in the trip.
Intellectual Property
All content on the TopFams.com website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TopFams and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
